LTCi, LTCI, LTC insurance страх. страхование на случай длительного [долгосрочного\] ухода* (страхование, предусматривающее выплату застрахованному страхового возмещения в случае, если застрахованный в силу преклонного возраста, серьезного заболевания или травмы не сможет в течение длительного времени самостоятельно одеваться, питаться, передвигаться по дому и выполнять иные подобные повседневные действия и ему для выполнения этих действий будет требоваться помощь другого лица; этот вид страховки предусматривает выплату для покрытия расходов на оплату соответствующего ухода как в случае, если застрахованный получает эти услуги на дому, так и в случае пребывания застрахованного в доме престарелых или ином подобном учреждении)
